About TrustpanionOur name says it plainly: trust and companion. We're creating a place where real human company is verified, safe and unmistakably non-sexual — so people can enjoy the city and its moments with someone they can rely on.
Millions of people in the UK feel lonely often or always, and cities — for all their energy — can be the hardest places to arrive. Meanwhile, paying for company already exists, but the consumer side is fragmented, informal and too often shadowed by a grey reputation.
The gap is simple: no one owns trust, brand and scale at once, in a way that's credibly non-sexual. That's the gap Trustpanion exists to close — not by inventing demand, but by organising it with verification, safety and an honest promise.
We treat trust as the product, not the marketing. Every structural rule — verified identity, public places, cashless payments, explicit non-sexual terms — is there to make people genuinely safer and to keep the promise crystal clear.
We're starting deliberately small: a few central London boroughs, real density before breadth, and a careful concierge approach before any scaling. The point isn't to be everywhere quickly. It's to be trusted completely.

This is company, not a date. The boundary is explicit, enforced, and the foundation of everything we do.
Identity checks for members and companions, plus DBS checks for companions. You always know who you're meeting.
Meetings in public, payments in-app. Transparency by design — nothing in the shadows.
Better to be genuinely useful in a few boroughs than thinly spread across many.
People who provide company set their own terms and are backed by the platform, not squeezed by it.
We'd rather under-promise and earn trust than overstate and lose it. Trust is fragile; we treat it that way.
Trustpanion is privately owned and bootstrapped. That means we answer to the people who use us — and we can build at the pace trust actually requires.
