Why we exist
Older adults are lonelier than ever, and it quietly costs them their health and their families their peace of mind. At the same time, the internet is filling with bots, fakes and anonymous profiles, so finding a genuine person you can trust to spend time with an older parent has become hard.
What we believe
Verification changes everything. We already verify our drivers and our hosts. When identity is confirmed on both sides, a stranger becomes someone you can actually meet. Trust is not a feature here; it is the product.
What Trustpanion is
A marketplace where verified, background-checked companions offer older adults real company and everyday help: conversation and visits, a home-cooked meal, accompaniment to appointments, a hand with technology, company on a trip to the shops, and company to church or a ceremony. Identity verified on both sides, every time.
Two engines, one trust
One purpose, two payers. Families arrange and pay for company and everyday help for an older parent, and institutions (councils, health partners, municipalities) can contract the same at scale. The same ladder of trust, and the same verified companions, serve both.
The human part
Behind the verification and the bookings, it is simple. A real person, a real afternoon, a real connection, arranged safely. That is the whole point.
